The learning experience as well as the patients they give when teaching you a new task very family like enviorment

The communication as well as the teamwork to keeps things running smoothly
For the most part, we work well together and back each other up when situations arise.
People care about our business and doing a great job

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The communication and the safety that aleveryone puts first
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Rules need to be enforced consistently. Sometimes there appears to be favoritism.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that i get to expain myself amd be myself
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Shorten the hiring process. It's absurd that it takes almost 3 months from start to finish before being offered a position
Interviews with the HR teams made me not want to work here. Everyone was so friendly, inquisitive and nice except for HR. It almost made me turn down the offer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job successfully and getting credit for it. Being a team olayer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work days are very long and repetitious. A chance to get away from those repetitive jobs for longer stretches of time would help.
