We have a very inclusive environment where I feel everyone is able to be who they are. Bullying, or applying pressure and stress to get results, is not tolerated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team actually likes each other. We enjoy spending time at happy hours and in other social settings. We care about each other and really work to help everyone and the company succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive team regularly meets with everyone and does a good job of listening while others present. They ask great questions and take a genuine interest in how everyone is doing and what could be holding people back from being effective.
