What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparency is an important focus
They are transparent and care about employees
Transparency, willingness to listen to new ideas, empathy, genuine care for employees
The Executive team regularly meets with everyone and does a good job of listening while others present. They ask great questions and take a genuine interest in how everyone is doing and what could be holding people back from being effective.
Open, clear communication. They truly care about the people who work here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Narrowing their goals. Empowering employees. Increase compensation when you increase employee responsibilities. Stop relying on consultants to drive the company's direction.
Long term goals, not always going for the low hanging opportunities. Commit to seeing a project/product through to 100% completion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm being paid below market rate for the responsibilities being assigned to me.

Optimistic, self-starters, fun, knowledgeable, helpful
everyone is invested in eachother
My team has an amazing work ethic and we genuinely love working together to tackle problems and WIN.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
a culture of shared values
We hold our core values in high regard and live by them.
people focused, fun, and ok with changing things when they aren't working
We're a truly supportive and caring bunch of people that know how to work hard and have fun while doing it.
We have a very inclusive environment where I feel everyone is able to be who they are. Bullying, or applying pressure and stress to get results, is not tolerated.
