What do you like best about the leadership team?Generally responsive to concerns, but you have to be forward with them.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team undergoes constant training, so it's expected that you're continuing to grow. That makes it perfectly OK to not know something at any given time as long as you're in the process of learning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Learning is a big focus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Because it's a state-funded position, the compensation is weak. But increased autonomy can make a big difference to overall satisfaction in light of that.
