What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are good at working with one another and can communicate well
Innovative and open to new ideas

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equality across the board. Punishments and appraisals alike should be done equally no matter who you know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is the best part
I find the pay is good and that the benefit package is affordable and helpful.

Have more vacation time to be less stressful

I get fed, and receive some clothes every once-in-a-while
