Ms. Laura C. Meagher has been Vice President at V.F. Corporation since 2008 and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since May 1, 2012. Ms. Meagher served as Deputy General Counsel of V.F. Corporation from 2008 to May 1, 2012. She joined V.F. Corporation in 2004 as Assistant General Counsel. She provides expertise on securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters, as well as providing legal oversight for VF's Outdoor & Action Sports and Contemporary Brands coalitions. She served as Secretary and General Counsel of Allen Telecom, Inc., since September 1999. Prior to Allen Telecom, Ms. Meagher served as an attorney with the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, Cleveland, Ohio, from September 1989 to August 1999. She received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989 and the North Carolina bar in 2005.
