Supportive, positive, and values led

Taking suggestions, and when asking opinions, try listening to them.
Be honest in real life.
it's not so much the team,the new manager is still settling in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is generally pretty good
Time off and health be wfits
I believe the experience is more important than anything else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work two people's jobs, and have yet to see a pay raise/bonus/etc. that adequately reflects this.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Their youth and willingness to listen and learn.
They always helped when you needed it
They are very funny and sweet and understanding i love them and love working with them

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of cattiness in the office, and constantly have defend against the "blame game". Keeping records of how other people are actually at fault for things should not be necessary, but it unfortunately is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping customers and the pay.

There needs to be more transparency and honesty.

Efficient and to the point as I knew many folks on the team already
