Management constantly says they have a "people first" approach to leadership, but I have yet to actually see that. It is ALL about the bottom line at the end of the day, not the employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There needs to be more transparency and honesty.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Straightforward process and any questions asked were answered (if possible).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work two people's jobs, and have yet to see a pay raise/bonus/etc. that adequately reflects this.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A lot of cattiness in the office, and constantly have defend against the "blame game". Keeping records of how other people are actually at fault for things should not be necessary, but it unfortunately is.
