if employees felt appreciated, they'd go out of their way to do better on the daily

no one works together so instead of a "team" it's more like department vs department and everyone blames the other

We get things done the first time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
fix the PTO system, do more team building, stop raising the expectations because we met the expectations, just be happy

touring and getting to see the different departments, the other employees are nice
