What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very understanding and enthusiastic
They are very very nice
The teach rather than repremand, treatment of employees is excellent and flexible depending on needs of person and position

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to pick and waive. What's best for myself
Pricing slightly higher than expected for healthcare plans.
Gonna go full time soon
Healthcare and 401k match along with remote work

Some of the ilder guys are bery helpful, art the saftey lead does a great job taking care of everyone. He should be the manager

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in a tool crib alone. The interaction with my customers, who I've know 9 years now is like seeing family.
Remote work, continue education and support from upper management
It's laid back and easy
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the manager and that wouldnbe enough

It was short and fast
Tour and everything explained. Any questions I had got answered
