What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy, we listen to and lean on each other for personal and professional issues. Anyone can talk to the CEO about anything and know they are being heard.
They are always responsive and purposeful.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone actually cares about their jobs and their fellow employees.
We have a tough probationary period to make sure people coming in to the company are a fit for the work and culture. It makes sure you don't get stuck working with whiners or gossipers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We promote a no gossiping atmosphere and we are free to disagree with anyone as long as we all work toward the same goal of being successful.
Everyone has a "Self Employed Mentality". It's our company it's up to us to make it a success or failure. No one treats it like a regular job.
