Good listeners and great global leadership
Good people, but ceo isnt a good example.
They are transparent, accessible, friendly, and willing to do what's best while giving you the tools you need to succeed for the company and clients.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Variable pay is a moving target, Changed dramatically from what I signed up for.
The salary is good, phone and gym/internet reimbursement is great.

Everyone has opinions on what could be improved or worked on, but having follow-through on those ideas are even more important.

Everyone is smart and willing to go the extra mile to get something done. People are generally open to new ideas and support.

Provide more certainty for the team.
