discrepancy between region of employment
I relocated for my husband's job. This didn't negatively affect my employer, in fact this was a net benefit for their business. They didn't pay for this move in anyway. Yet they reduced my pay. However, they did not reduce the pay of any of my colleagues who moved to lower cost areas.
