What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more receptive to the feedback of employees and colleagues. Also, most of the finance team is good, but the head of the dept is not.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company pays for medical plan.
It's a fair package for the role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lots of perks for those at the top, not much for those lower down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are supported by our leader, creative, and eager to learn and grow.
Super pro-active and ability to carry the load together with zero complaints
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better support for one another in the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very friendly work environment. There are many employee care activities like breakfast, snacks, coffee provided.
The environment is not overly corporate.

It gave me a lot of opportunity to get to know the team and ask questions before I made a decision for which company to join.

Not let the managers ask such weird questions that don't have anything to do with the work or our skills.
