Prices keep rising while staff wages stay the same or low. Angry customers

Barrly any raises. No opportunity for growth and they rather you leave then give a decent wage

Not being greedy and must realistic expectations. Can't keep raising prices, and having the hospital budget low to have over worked underpaid staff
