What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team work respectful of each other
They are a great team leader not just a finger pointer
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being greedy and must realistic expectations. Can't keep raising prices, and having the hospital budget low to have over worked underpaid staff
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We havea Very good benefit package
Salary and bonus are strong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Barrly any raises. No opportunity for growth and they rather you leave then give a decent wage
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always show up on time
Talented, passionate, very experienced, and care about making work fun.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better working environment and team work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love working with animals every day
Saving animals and seeing animals

Prices keep rising while staff wages stay the same or low. Angry customers
