How does Vectorform make decisions around promotions?
I've honestly never seen anyone promoted within the design department. Titles change, say from "UX Designer" to "Senior UX Designer." (I was there 5+ years.). In my tenure I did not seen anyone jump from Designer to Director. I can't speak to promotions within other departments.
