Pay is below the standard and because of that, the company has trouble bringing in and keeping good people.

The company culture is rife with bullying. Raises and promotions are rare - there are workers who haven't received a raise in 10 years. Hours are long and your return on personal investment is short.
Sit in silence. There's no overtime pay.

Very poor and only those who are related to the owners get "internships." The supposed interns just do errand for the partners...

It's the same interview process... You're not interviewing for a job, you interviewing to see if you're one of the cool kids.

Interviewing was okay...they job itself is a mish-mash of duties that no one else wants or can do.

Very non-responsive and sometimes hostile toward other employees.

Weak, bias, politically charged.
How do I do well in an interview at VectorUSA?
Just sit and listen to them. Nod, smile and let them talk. At the end of the interview when/if they ask if you have any questions, ask: "What do you see as the biggest challenge in this role?"

There is no way to improve the culture because the negativity comes from the top.
What do people at VectorUSA think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The owners are good at keeping a poorly run company afloat. There is a culture of bullying, nepotism and office politics. Hard work isn't recognized - except to say you didn't do enough.

After working 9 to 10 hours, they want you to go home and work more.

Only for those who are family members or "special friends" of the company upper management.
