At Splunk, she built and led cross-functional programs to reimagine customer success and support the company’s transition to a SaaS business model. She began her career in management consulting at Accenture, specializing in subscription business transformation and operating model design for leading technology clients.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
