they do not listen and under staff and over work us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs are useful bonuses that help motivate us
Fixed bonus and unlimited time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary was low, there was no base increase and the stock options are limited and not very well performed
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is smart and motivated
Very open and honest team, lacking in expertise but making up for it in attitude
