What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to have a competitive salary from the US working in South America.
The capacitation program that pays for a high % of a course we choose to take and gives us some hours of the week to do this on our work schedule

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the utilization of my previous skill set and experience with analytics and technology, I fell I am contributing more to the VAN team than when I was hired.
