I`m a software engineer working with VAN since 2018, I started working as a collaborator from another company and then I loved it so much that I asked our CEO to make the move completely to VAN. We're a small team but very close, I enjoy working with them every day!

The company has great values, of respect and innovation. I feel very happy, supported by my peers, and appreciated for the job I do. Also, there is a constant search for improvement on all levels of the company, letting us grow in the fields we are interested.

The best company I've worked with, by far. "Positive Culture" is usually just a buzzword but at VAN they consistently back it up with actions. There's a genuine interest in simply "doing the right thing" and bringing real value to the marketplace and the clients we serve. A pleasure to work with.

We all came from the same company except the CTO, we're also from the same country except for one member, but he is very close to us nonetheless, we're a pretty tight team that are friends more than coworkers.

I think we all feel very comfortable with each other. It is a very fun group that also has a lot of respect for each other.
