What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works really well together. The environment is creative friendly, everyone is encouraged to speak their thoughts, and we all have excellent work ethics. I love it!
I like the fact that they are open to new ideas and do a good job of listening to what the whole office has to say. They challenge us to think outside the box, but in a way that's supportive rather than derogatory.
