What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works really well together. The environment is creative friendly, everyone is encouraged to speak their thoughts, and we all have excellent work ethics. I love it!
I like the fact that they are open to new ideas and do a good job of listening to what the whole office has to say. They challenge us to think outside the box, but in a way that's supportive rather than derogatory.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Maternity leave is the best part of the deal

15 days off for paid vacation every year in addition to paid holidays!
There's not much of a compensation package other than our salary, a matching simple IRA, and an incentive commission program to bring on new clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team has great work ethic, everyone gets along, its a great environment.
Our team is very open. I feel very comfortable to bounce ideas back and forth with them. Also, we all get along so well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment, though fast paced, is pretty great! Lots of stuff going on at all times, never boring! People are pretty casual and from very diverse backgrounds.
