Listen to the team, spend more time on the floors.
Not everyone pulls their weight, yet we all share commissions/compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are super friendly towards each other.
The executive level makes it a point to stop by every department an check on how things are going.
