The leadership team has an understanding of the workforce and asks for our opinions.
Communication and engagement from them on routine basis.

Paying employees on time. Fixing the toxic culture led by the CEO.

My compensation was adequate for the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we all work really good together as a complete unit.
CEO and managers do not waste time with too many meetings.
The majority of the people are great.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Should be more standardized. There really isn't a solid process.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of being valued and completely engaged.
The team atmosphere and just pure enjoyment being with my co-workers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The companies products are released many months late which makes them invalid. Releasing products on time would fix the issue.

The opportunity to improve the culture and operational efficiency.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The culture propagated by the CEO.
