Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual increases have been good. I would like to see increases though throughout the year based on employee's gaining new knowledge in different LOB's, and taking on more roles, ect.

I feel that I am paid at the low end of what my position is worth. The salary range quoted to me by HR and what I was offered was about 6 thousand less.

No career path for promotion, even when asked what do I need to do there is no answer. Job titles and descriptions are outdate and do not apply to position. Titles equate to compensation. The benefits have declined over the years, especially the medical. 9hr days and a day off would be apprec.

I would feel better if the raises that Ventech gave were at least above the cost of living increase. The highest raise given to a front line agent was still below the raise of cost of living.

I feel undervalued due to working here for x amount of years, and not being considered for any projects or positions within the company. Also the templates that are being used were my idea and management stated I shouldnt take credit for it. i've worked hard to help employees and management succeed.

Many are overtasked, talents exploited or manipulated, under the facade of "SAFe Agility" and having dual responsibilities, filling multiple operational roles at once when the national average compensation for one of those roles is still more than what they make in their role on paper.

The constant addition of more work and no compensation on top of the fact that benefits are more expensive with less coverage doesn't help. Mental health at the service center is declining and management hides it under "resistance to change"

I feel we should receive higher pay for taking on more Lines of Business. Our raises even for those that received the highest percentage were well below inflation rates.

I feel cross-training is an excellent opportunity for growth & improvement at Ventech. It is more responsibility, pressure, & depending on time of year, more complex/time consuming calls. I feel that should be compensated or an option if we want/can take on those responsibilities at that time.

Leads/SMEs/IB are not valued, its evident in the most recent hirings. Sups dont know LOB information and work is pushed onto Leads/SMEs. There is no accountability for poor performers. We are so management heavy were are not taking care of the agents who work so hard to support the Service Center.

I used to believe highly that Ventech valued their employees. I am not so sure after listening to my coworkers and seeing what supervisors say and do.

I feel I should be paid more. Seems like 3% raise is barely keeping up with the Cost of living, let alone the cost of living raise.

Compensation should be higher based on the amount of work we do. healthcare benefits are trash this year, worse from last year, our HR person is supposed to vouch for us but I don't feel employee's voices were heard in any decisions regarding the healthcare plans. more perks, wellness reimbursement

They keep adding more and more stuff we are suppose to do for the same amount of pay. I believe if you do more you should be paid more.
