the company is always under staff but wants to work the employers as if they are fully staffed. There is no growth in the company unless you are related to someone in management. Just not worth it no one is happy in the place . Just there to get a check and thats about it .
What makes you most happy at work?
There is nothing i look forward to when ever i clock in .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work with my supervisor before she became one. So we have a good history before she became my boss.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can run every deck in the building and still get paid as the employee that only runs one , and only cares to run one.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
its not about the co workers its the management. I feel like the supervisors on the floors goals may be to high for the understaff shifts.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, equal opportunities for growth, and favoritism has to stop between family and child hood friends. its not fair to the ones that move in from other states to work .
