What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting multiple hroups of people.
Very comfortable and easy to maintain.
They seemed very friendly I was excited to go work for them.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Some changes have been made, but we still require panel interviews for lower positions and a five interview+ system with higher level hires. It takes an entire day and can often be scheduled across several. This endurance test is part of the filtering out process.
Only look out for themselves. Have a take it ir leave it attitude, do not negotiate on things like PTO
