The APM has a hit list. Takes pictures and harasses people.
Not trying to drive change though punitive measures. I would like to see more appreciation and incentives to meet management goals.

Everything good i like it
The hourly wage is not that bad, the health insurance is comparable to what most companies offer

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The management encourages divisiveness and instigates an hostile work environment by practicing extreme favoritism. Nepotism plays a huge factor in this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything , communication, safety, training
I am able to work as a team with a few of the employees
If you need help with anything just ask, there is alot to learn

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that I received a job offer. I was too good to be working with the Veolia Clowns
It was prompt, but then again I was lied to you about what my salary was going to be
The managers that I interviewed with were honest, open and sincere.
Straight forward, no guessing what they are after. Many parties but all with questions to see how you will benefit the company as a whole, not just them.
