Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's ok. It can get really busy during peak season. There are too many managers which causes a lot of confusion at times. Other than that, everything seems fine.
Management is available to everyone when needed. No one is off limits.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tuition is reimbursed (up to a set amount) for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our employee discount isn't great. Being a part-time employee I don't get paid super well. It's annoying to work the max part-time hours and not get paid well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of us get really close to each other. It's nice to form a bond with time members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get a lot of breaks. It isn't too bad. The customers are the worst part.
Personal expression. I have not ever worked in a place where people dress so well and colorfully. No plain black and grey.

If you can't be there you can do it over the phone.
Interviewers were friendly and laid back. Was asked about specific accomplishments and failures at previous places of employment.

Being able to work with the people I like.
Working independently. Supervisor does not hover.
