What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is friendly all around. They are passionate about their jobs, the field, what they want to accomplish, their employees and the outside community.
Easy to talk to, readily available, professional, knowledgeable.
They are supportive and are transparent with the decision making and where the organization is going. They encourage professional and personal growth.
The leadership team cares deeply about the people in the company and the mission that the company serves. They strive to provide an environment where employees can contribute, learn, and grow to the fullest extent.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Service and low cost is the best.
Affordable premium for quality healthcare!
The best thing of my compensation package are benefits, pay, and compensation.
I am content with my salary based on what I am doing at the moment, but I also like all the benefits that this company has. They thought about all the needs for all employees, health, vision and dental.
I am compensated fairly and, in many cases, better than colleagues in other companies with a similar role as mine.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Corporative, cohesive, and agile solution development.
Easy to coordinate with other team members and with the client. Open lines of communication across the board.
My team is high performing, balances strengths and weaknesses, and shares in both successes and failures. We like each other and enjoy working together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are TRULY one big family here.
Very caring and fostering culture. The CEO really cares about all of us.
The most positive thing is the employees.
The culture promotes teamwork and support for one another. Everyone looks out for one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt like they cared about what my career goals were, and weren't just trying to fill a position with the first person that came along.
While interviews can be intimidating, the interviewers immediately put me at ease by joking, asking me to relax and we had more of a dialog than a grilling session of questions.
The actual interview with my manager.
The interview was very honest about the expectations of the position.
The conversation was easy and thorough. I got a good sense of what the company and my position really looks like.
