The Veracity Senior Management Team truly cares about the well-being of all Veracity employees and presents a clear vision for the future of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy to come to work because I know that every day I get to work with great people who care about the company, their clients, and each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the educational reimbursement Veracity extends to all of its employees. Veracity helped me obtain a Masters Degree and a PMP Certification for which I will be forever grateful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even the smallest successes and milestones are celebrated as a team. From birthdays to work anniversaries, baby showers, project achievements, personal achievements, proposal wins, and corporate goals are celebrated with every employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated and professional but loves to have fun as well. We effortlessly make even the most challenging tasks like proposals something to look forward to due to the fun team dynamic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The culture of Veracity Engineering was well described by the interviewer, leaving me to make the decision about whether this was a good fit for me. It was, and I am thankful that I came to such an amazing place.
