What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to the suggestions of everyone and try to keep in mind what's best for the tutors and students.
Honestly, we have a lot of autonomy at Verbling. The leadership team is always there to answer questions and help us.

not silencing teachers. Be fair
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to choose my own rates.
At Verbling, each teacher decides their rates for a one-hour class. I love this because we get to decide how much we are worth per hour as a teacher.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Verbling manipulates the algorithm to favor certain teachers

They are all very friendly and helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is tutor centered and if we every have a problem the support team gets back to us quite quickly.
I love how much independence we get. I love that I can make money from the comfort of my own home.

The fact that Verbling got back to me quickly about the results of my interview.
We got to be creative! It involved creating a video talking about our experience and style as a teacher.
