What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits, flexibility and compensation.
The entire package from 401k to ESPP to healthcare.
RSU's, ESPPP, Base salary above area average
Great company, great people, great benefits. Only downside is there is little to know career growth.
High salary and regular stock
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Companies in same area pay more as its cost of living is very high

Great team environment and culture.
It lets me have a job for now.

Lack of transparency that needs improvement
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance and gym time

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the groups of managers (not leaders) that create process so they can control others.
Noone applauds for good work but one negative and you are busted

Not so strict on focusing on pure skill.
