Todd B. Strubbe — Executive VP & COO at VERISIGN

Mr. Todd B. Strubbe has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of VeriSign, Inc. since April 20, 2015. Mr. Strubbe served as the President of Unified Communications Business Segment at West Corporation from September 2009 to April 3, 2015. He was a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Arbor Capital, LLC. Mr. Strubbe served as the President for First Data Debit Services of First Data Corporation from August 30, 2006 to 2007. He oversaw First Data's debit processing business which includes STAR(R) Network. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of West Direct, a Division of West Corp., from July 2001 to October 2006. He served as the President of West Interactive Corporation of West Corporation from January 2004 to October 2006. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and President at CompuBank, N.A. He served First Data Corporation from 1995 to 2000 as Managing Director of Systems Architecture and Product Development for its division, First Data Resources. Prior to this, Mr. Strubbe served as the President of First Datas Electronic Payments Group where he was responsible for First Data's debit business, leading sales, marketing, client services, product development and system development efforts and Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development of First Data Corp. Prior to joining First Data, Mr. Strubbe was an engagement Manager with the strategic consulting firm McKinsey & Company and was an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Strubbe holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
