Corporate is always looking for a way to cut costs through subtle reductions in employee compensation. Typical we're just becoming "competitive" mentality. Always see to be behind the 8 ball on keeping up with market trend

Company doesn’t value sales. Veritiv is way too top heavy and has too much corporate staff in GA. The important people like buyers and people to process invoices are minimal. All activity to get and order and get paid as 100% commission rep falls on the rep t

Needs to match more of those within my position, and not be benchmarked to an industry. Especially true when most of the industry is smaller privately-held businesses. Also needs to realize age of employees and experience. Reviews made it seem like it would take too much effort to get any increases

Compensation for me personally was lowered due to the position I previously came from. All of my co-workers make more than I do.
