Needs to match more of those within my position, and not be benchmarked to an industry. Especially true when most of the industry is smaller privately-held businesses. Also needs to realize age of employees and experience. Reviews made it seem like it would take too much effort to get any increases

Stop the racial inequality and management should really get out on the floor and MANAGE!

Lose the red tape and quit reducing sales commissions as a way to be profitable. A Commission rep only gets commission no other benefits the gas, expenses to do things for customers, work tools(cell phone) etc are all on us while Corporate has meetings and spends on them.

Need better help in key areas for success.

All the work to get order, keep customers, get bills paid, have stock on floor etc all falls on sales and when another department screws up it falls on sales to fix. Very inefficient
