I would like some equity compensation. The benefits are very minimal.

The best thing about our team is that everyone is eager and hungry. No one takes their job for granted here.
Great vibe and very encouraging. Extremely helpful and exposes to different and multiple projects

The culture is that of one that keeps their cool under fire.
Very encouraging and supportive. Result based and fast pace. Great way to learn and make immediate impact
