We believe sourcing talent across race, gender, and expertise can place a Firm at the forefront of ingenuity. Since our founding in 2014, we’ve watched this come to fruition. Versor thrives on novel ideas produced by independent thinkers from all walks of life. Rewarding team members solely on the merits of talent, effort, and achievement is central to Versor’s ideology.
Versor also conducted a firm-wide D&I training. The program aimed to promote awareness of all diversity types – visible or not. We believe that a harmonious understanding of these differences can strengthen the firm.
The firm has been very vocal about its support of diversity and inclusion. We clearly state our objectives in all client presentation materials. We frequently post our support on social media. Our founding partners are well networked amongst several organizations promoting the recruitment and retention of women and/or minorities. These organizations include:
• Council for Urban Professionals
• SEO – Sponsors for Educational Opportunity
• Robert Toigo Foundation
One of the partners is engaged with a student educational not-for-profit organization.
