What part of VF Outlet's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Jeans sales (lee & wrangler) are constantly selling better but the supplemental departments (kids, accessories, etc) are always struggling
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at VF Outlet?
Better pay! That’s the biggest downfall of the company and the most common reason people leave
What do people at VF Outlet think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is very nice & personable. I have met him in store a few times and have nothing but good things to say about him.
How's the work life balance at VF Outlet?
Sales associates are only allowed to work up to 28 hours/week so you have plenty of time away from work. Managers however do have to work a good amount and will work 2nd shift hours sometimes so that’s probably hard to work around.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Sales department at VF Outlet?
You need to be outgoing with both customers and coworkers; patient & willing to spend a while working on the same task; flexible as far as hours and department you will work in, and reliable

That the company allows anything to happen without taking care of it. They don’t care how their associates feel

TERRIBLE!! The store manager is condescending and has no clue what she is doing. The other managers are just as bad. They sit in the office and take care personal things for hours. Very negative place
