What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caring, respectful and knowledgeable. They listen to us and are consistently trying to make improvements.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I've started, I've received anywhere from 90-137% of my annual bonus. Even when Covid hit and we didn't meet our financial numbers, they still paid out 90% of our bonuses because they realized how hard we worked. I don't know any other company that would do that!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hard working and fun to work with
Cohesive, collaborative, friendly and fun. I work with a great team!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn how to relax and be less uptight
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free snacks, lunches and beverages
They truly care about our employees and our residents. We provide meaningful work that matters. It's a clean, beautiful and safe environment. I would love to live at one of our communities when I retire.

The residents make me happy
