I've worked there for too long. They treat you badly, work you your 5 people in one, and screw you on benefits you deserve for being a loyal employee... do not recommend employment, or placing family there

Always overworked, stressed, and not appreciated

Not proper care for what residents pay for, or deserve

I'm not with the company anymore, and I feel sorry for the others that have no choice but to work there
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Loyal employees deserve the pto, or days they acquired while there, and they keep them if you decide to go elsewhere... well obviously they never want to return, or recommend anyone to go there for employment
