Fine. Could be better in alot of ways
Leadership team is responsive and helpful.
They are willing to jump in and help on the floor wherever and whenever needed, always there when you need to talk to them, and just great all around. Best team I have ever seen besides a couple employers I have had in past that were great too!
That everyone works together and gives the best care possible
It a new team making employees follow rules.
To communicate in a professional manner.

Pay your employees the rate at which they can survive and treat them like they matter
Pay check short the last 4 pay periods
Over worked and told to do jobs i am not qualified for
Loyal employees deserve the pto, or days they acquired while there, and they keep them if you decide to go elsewhere... well obviously they never want to return, or recommend anyone to go there for employment
Pay raise since ewhat we do is hard and if we do it right, we should be able to feel good about working and supporting our families because we have to do so too!! I feel we deserve it and we are the main people who keep the residents happy, so in a sense we should be able to not have to work over.
Work togehter to solve problems
That the non-executives have the same goals to health people each and every day and work in a professional manner. Owners and COO are not quality humans and one even stole from the elderly.
Good teamwork for most part, can talk to them if there's a problem, willing to work through any issues, care about residents deeply, and do what they do for them and don't take their quality of care lightly!
A new team replaced this year.
all they do is tell you they care and the famous "I'll look into it" and then it never hapens
Never had a meeting or fet together
It residents are kind and compashionate
Postive reinforvembts sometimes occur qfter something good happens
Very good vibe when you walk into the door, all members of team on floor including management, outgoing and friendly for most part, and easy going/easy to talk to.
A new administration ,making work fun.
Always overworked, stressed, and not appreciated
New ownership, owners are really some of the worst people you could meet in your life.
Very clear about the job and friendly
That it was all in one day and did not have to go back a second time.
Met with different members of management the throughout whole building, honest, backup plan for any issues I mentioned could happen, very good vibe in building insta toy, great kind and caring members of management who got down to nitty gritty whenever necessary which became true when I started work
I'm not with the company anymore, and I feel sorry for the others that have no choice but to work there
Helping others, feel like I have a voice when there's a problem management does their best to fix it and truly listens/follows our input, feel appreciated by residents and co workers for the most part, unless I feel overwhelmed and need time to regroup, always can step off floor to talk and break
I'm doing my dream job.
Employees are not getting paid for the hours worked and there's no one working in HR at the facility. Staffing is horrible.
No DoN No Administrater No proper paychecks
Not proper care for what residents pay for, or deserve
Owners are negative and I work directly for them, you get text messages on Sundays cussing you out etc.
