We have an aggressive dog on our campus and management has done absolutely nothing to resolve it except saying that if a third attack happens and then they will take action. My boyfriend and my dog both have deep puncture wounds from this dog that lives directly below us. Take reasonable action.

Less division between regional and onsite teams. More transparency and less emphasis on regional vs. onsite.
Less politics, more openness and involvement of the onsite teams.
How's the work life balance at Village Green Holding?
It could be better.
It's hard - not enough empowerment for onsite teams that managers are working on days off.
What part of Village Green Holding's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Not sure
V-suites is growing fastest. The Property Management side should reflect V-Suites more. More employee appreciation and ways to keep onsite teams happy and engaged. More roles needed for regions - too much work thrown onto regional roles and they can't focus on their people. More training positions and more marketing positions needed.

Not that I am aware of
How does Village Green Holding make decisions around promotions?
I am not really sure as I don't make these decisions. As a whole, we make people perform the role they want to be in for a long time before we actually grant them the title and monetary incentive.
How's the vacation policy at Village Green Holding?
It would be nice to have a little more vacation time to recharge and have more work life balance. Managers feel they can't take one off as there is no backfill for their role. Onsite people feel they can't take time off because of office hour demands and far too many people don't take vacations or feel they can sick or personal days.
What's the company culture like at Village Green Holding?
