David Stefko — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Vince Holding Corp.

Mr. David Stefko has been the Chief Financial Officer of Vince Holding Corp. since January 14, 2016 and its Executive Vice President since September 20, 2016. Mr. Stefko served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from September 1, 2015 to January 15, 2016. He was a Group Chief Financial Officer at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Prior to Sun Capital, Mr. Stefko served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer of Things Remembered, a national multichannel specialty retailer. Prior to Things Remembered, he served as either Chief Financial Officer or Vice President, Finance for various operating divisions of Cole National, lastly serving as Chief Financial Officer of Pearle Vision, a leading eyecare provider. Prior to Cole National, Mr. Stefko spent 14 years with Sherwin-Williams in various consumer product, manufacturing and corporate divisions, the last 6 years as Chief Financial Officer of the Consumer Brands Division. Mr. Stefko started his career with Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University.
