What do you like best about the leadership team?
The focus on transparency and collaboration.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership needs to be more consistent with policies, meetings, and open communication with all employees. I feel as though there are a lot of hidden agendas, and there is an inability to provide necessary operational equipment in a timely manner.
Leadership team needs to be more present in day-to-day operations and initiatives and be transparent with the rest of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are compensated like stakeholders.
I feel secure with my benefits, and they are very affordable.
Healthcare is phenomenal and PTO policy is super flexible.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a voice and can contribute.
Their kindness and dedication to the job.
We are all incredibly efficient with accomplishing our goals and communicating. We have a constructive, positive work ethic, and an incredible amount of drive.
My boss is wonderful, understanding, and supportive. My team makes me excited to come to work each and every day
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is beyond stellar and a force to be reckoned with. Other teams within the organization are also great, but we need to figure out a way to better interact all together, as my team sometimes feels like the last to know on many things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cross team collaboration and a focus on building a unique culture
We work hard but we have fun along the way
There is a good amount of positive attitude between teams, and almost everyone is friendly, good-hearted, and compassionate. Most people are driven to work hard and drive the company forward.
We have entire staff breakfasts once a month and celebrate everyone's birthday
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to feel more valued overall - perhaps doing a few more team breakfasts and celebrations over smaller things to get everyone excited again!

Meeting the team versus just too management.

To know we are building a string foundation and growing at a pace that is sustainable.
Completing a project or campaign and knowing all the hard work paid off
Working with my team and accomplishing our goals. I appreciate my team's informal, yet ambitious demeanor.
The people that I work with and working within an industry that I love. Being able to interact with over 100 vendors on a weekly, if not daily, basis is something I feel so lucky to consider a huge part of my job!
