Healthcare is phenomenal and PTO policy is super flexible.
Leadership team needs to be more present in day-to-day operations and initiatives and be transparent with the rest of the team.
Employees need to feel more valued overall - perhaps doing a few more team breakfasts and celebrations over smaller things to get everyone excited again!
They are open to feedback, value the opinions of all team members and, most importantly, are very enjoyable to so much time with on a daily basis.
Doing the work that I love and seeing results that I know my team and I are largely responsible for and/or had a heavy hand in attaining.
We honestly feel like a little family. Being a small team and depending on one another so much makes me feel invested in all of my team members both as co-workers and as people.
The people that I work with and working within an industry that I love. Being able to interact with over 100 vendors on a weekly, if not daily, basis is something I feel so lucky to consider a huge part of my job!
My team is beyond stellar and a force to be reckoned with. Other teams within the organization are also great, but we need to figure out a way to better interact all together, as my team sometimes feels like the last to know on many things.
Being part of a start up definitely puts constraints on salaries, which anyone should have expected when joining the company That said, I think we need to be more careful about valuing the employees that are already part of the team by paying them fairly vs. expanding the team too quickly.
