What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paid time off policy is great.
The salary is fair and they offer tuition reimbursement and a well rounded benefits package.
The hourly rate supplements the rest of the benefits package.
The possibility to turn down medical/dental insurance for a bump in pay. Good for those who get excellent benefits through a spouse and don't need double coverage.
