Self learners and responsible. They are fully capable of adopting the challenges put forward and always come back with practical innovative solution not just for present situation but for future enablement.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The Executive leadership core vision is to enable the organization as a forward thinking, digitally enable, and be ready for the next big challenge. The CEO - Mr. Arshad is the true example of an entrepreneur who wants everyone to think big by exploring new ideas.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Each one go through a series of interview to make sure they can become part of the family and adopt the culture. The most intense process is about cultural fit part, which I think is the best way to high people in order to minimize the employee churn. The tenure is the longest in this company
